Processing Time For custom made to order artwork. Please allow 2-4 weeks for production before your order ships. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your piece is on its way.

Shipping Methods & Rates We ship domestically and internationally using trusted carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Packaging Every piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Artwork is wrapped in protective materials and shipped in rigid or reinforced packaging to prevent damage in transit.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue. For lost shipments, please reach out and we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Non-Returnable Items As all pieces are custom made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please review your order details carefully before purchasing.
