Refund & Return Policy
All Sales Are Final Because each piece is handmade and made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the custom nature of our work.
Damaged or Defective Items We take great care in packaging every piece, but if your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a resolution, you must provide:
- Clear photos of the damaged artwork
- Photos of the original packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following at our discretion: a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancillations Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, before production has begun. Once we have started work on your piece, cancellations are no longer possible.
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 1-3 busness days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
